We understand the pace and precision that trade projects demand — from early-stage finish development through installation — and we have structured our process to support the full scope of your work. Trade partners receive dedicated pricing, physical finish samples, and a single point of contact from specification through completion.

TRADE PRICING

Registered trade partners receive net pricing on all finish services. Pricing is project-by-project and confirmed at proposal stage — reach out to discuss your project scope.

FINISH SAMPLE BOARDS

We produce physical sample boards in your specified colorway so your clients can approve finishes in context before installation begins. Sample requests are handled directly with your project team.

PROJECT COORDINATION

Your dedicated studio contact manages scheduling, phasing, and site coordination to align with your project timeline. We communicate directly with your site team and keep you informed at every stage.

PRIORITY SCHEDULING

Trade partners are prioritised in our project calendar. We work with your construction schedule — including phased or multi-room sequencing — to avoid delays on your delivery timeline.

How It Works

Our Trade Process

Trade Registration

Submit the intake form below with your firm details and a brief description of the project. We'll confirm your trade status and connect you with your project contact within one business day.

Finish Development

We review your finish specification — or work with you to develop one — and produce physical sample boards in the agreed colorway for your client approval process.

Project Proposal

Once the finish is confirmed, we issue a detailed proposal with scope, trade pricing, schedule, and any site-access requirements. Revisions are handled directly with your team.

04

Installation & Handover

Our artisans complete the work to the agreed specification and schedule. We conduct a formal walkthrough with you or your site supervisor before sign-off and final handover.
