The Alchemy Difference
Alchemy Wall Studio was founded on a single conviction: that a wall is never just a wall. Surfaces are the canvas of interior space: when treated with the reverence they deserve, they become the defining feature of a room, a home, a memory.
Our work draws from centuries of European plaster traditions: Venetian stucco, scagliola, gilding; reimagined for contemporary lives. Every project begins with listening: understanding the architecture, the light, the life that will unfold in the space, and the client's vision for what they want to feel there.
From that listening comes a finish that no photograph can fully capture and no other space will ever have. That is the alchemy.

After years working within the home improvement industry, Stacy discovered a passion for decorative finishes that couldn't be satisfied with standard approaches. The work that truly moved her: venetian plaster, metallic leaf, textural patinas; required a different kind of commitment: to craft, to materials, and to the details that transform a house into a home people want to actually live in.
Alchemy Wall Studio was built around that commitment. Every project starts with listening: understanding the space, the client's vision, and how the finish needs to function in their daily life. From there, it's about precision and patience: applying each layer with care, making sure the result is something they'll be glad to see every morning.
As a WV Licensed Specialty Contractor, Stacy brings a client-first approach to every project. She believes the best work comes from genuine collaboration: working closely with homeowners, architects, and designers to get the details right, and not cutting corners on materials or technique. The goal isn't just a beautiful surface. It's a finished space that earns its keep.

How We Work
A clear, four-step process keeps every project on schedule and aligned with the original intent — so the finish in the room matches the one we discussed at consultation.
We start with a conversation about the space, the architectural style, the light, and the feeling you want the finished room to evoke. From there we recommend the finish family and palette direction.
We visit the project to assess the substrate, ceiling height, and adjacent materials. We confirm scope, surface preparation needs, and any phasing considerations with your builder or designer.
Before any wall is touched, we produce physical sample boards in your specified colorway — applied in your actual room so the finish can be evaluated in its real light.
Our artisans complete the work to the agreed specification. We conduct a final walkthrough with you (and your designer, where applicable) before sign-off and provide a written care guide for the finish.
